Shipping 

All orders within Japan will be shipped by Yamato service, please allow one day processing and next day or two for delivery, shipping is FREE for orders over ¥30,000.
All orders outside of Japan will be shipped by Fedex International Priority, please allow one day processing and two to four days delivery depending on the location, shipping is FREE for orders over ¥100,000. We exclusively use Fedex for international shipments because we want to guarantee you receive your order safely and can track it every step of the way.
 

Exchange Policy

To exchange your order, please email us using the contact form here and provide the details for such exchange and what you would like to have instead . All exchanges must be made within fourteen (14) days of the delivery arrival date.
All returns expenses must be arranged at your own cost.  In the instance of a return, the goods will remain your responsibility until accepted at our place of business. If such goods are lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged in transit, it is your responsibility and the Company will not reimburse you for any costs or fees associated with the transportation. We recommend using a carrier service that provides a tracking of the goods. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you are an international customer and would like to return any item, you will be responsible for paying shipping, duties, and taxes for this return. The Company is not held responsible for refunding duties and taxes on any exchange.
Shipping costs will not be refunded. All goods need to be returned in their original packaging, including all boxes, pouches, care cards, and bubble wrap. If such goods are not returned in the complete, original packaging, an exchange may not be issued. The determination of an exchange will be decided by the Company.
Returned goods that are damaged, worn or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All returned goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The determination of whether the goods are damaged, worn or altered will be made by the Company.
Upon receipt of your returned goods, we will notify you that the good was received and is being inspected. After inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your requested exchange and the availibities for your replacement item.

F.A.Q.

– I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange?

We do not accept any refunds, no exceptions but we can provide an exchange within fourteen (14) days of the delivery arrival date. Please note that shipping cost back and forth will be at your own cost if such exchange occur. Please read our exchange above policy for more detailed information.

– When will I receive my order?

Please allow about 2 to 3 business days in Japan and  4 to 5 days business days outside of Japan. If your order has not arrived within the aforementioned timing, please contact us and we will track your order for you.

– What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship all domestic Japan orders with Yamato Service and all international orders with Fedex International Priority.

– Can I contact you directly with any questions?

– Do you accept check payments?
